Thanks for this reflection Sarah! I feel like it's essential to have breaks, too, even if they're short. Do you have any family support or respite care? 10 years is a long time to go without a break!

Solidarity is part of that. She sees each of us as sister and brother in this mission toward a more inclusive, less ableist world.
