We’re Entering an Exciting but Chaotic Time for Many Neurodiverse Families

We need our kids to do what we need them to do, but without all the yelling. When they are dysregulated (or we are) by all the extra stimulation, our struggles snowball. When we haven’t communicated our needs in a way they can absorb, those snowballs can start to feel like boulders that we are pushing straight uphill, alone.
