Can we afford NOT to restore?

Can we afford NOT to be present with ourselves?

Can we afford NOT to touch the earth?

Can we afford NOT to bring emotional balance practices home to our loved ones and communities? We need AT LEAST a weekend to focus on mindful breath, grounding in nature, restoring through somatic movement, and guided reflection. 

Yes, even parents of neurodivergent kids need a break. Especially us.

We need empathetic, brave space. In this space, it's okay to not be okay. In fact, radical self-empathy gives us the strength to be softer. 

We've had some last-minute cancelations for health reasons, which makes space for you to join us Kate!
