What’s Left for You? 💐

After you’ve sorted out the cards and allergy-safe treats for the class…

After you’ve made sure everyone in your life feels beloved…

After you’ve carried the invisible load of remembering, coordinating, soothing, and showing up…

What’s left for you?

What if your heart felt brave enough to stay open, even when the world feels like a sh*tshow?

If You’ve Been Carrying This…

  • Self-doubt that undermines confidence in your parenting or your passions

  • The sense that you’re always trying to earn your own approval

  • A backlog of tension in your body you’d love to melt faster than a chocolate heart in your kid’s favorite sweatpants

You’re not broken. You’re just stretched thin.

When we honor and validate ourselves as inherently worthy (not because we earned it, not because we got everything right, but simply because we exist) we’re far more likely to sustain self-care long-term.

When we welcome all of our feelings with open arms instead of trying to silence or override them, something shifts.

We soften. We regulate. We get a little more spacious.

And that doesn’t just stay inside us.

We have more energy to play with our kids.
More capacity to join them in their world.
More access to curiosity rather than control.

That’s Why I Created Self-Love Yoga

Self-Love Yoga is a gentle, 45-minute, on-demand workshop for highly sensitive, generous, empathetic people who tend to put themselves last.

It will set you on a path of accepting yourself and expanding your capacity to take compassionate action from a regulated nervous system.

Because you have so much to give, but you can’t pour from an empty cup indefinitely.

What would change if, instead of numbing out, panicking, dissociating, or raging (all very human responses, by the way), you could pause and soften? What if you acknowledged your positive impact just by being a kind parent in an unkind world?

“Trying to get a little self-love time for myself can be challenging, especially with 4 kids, a job and a house to maintain. It’s been a day 🥴 with 2 sick kids at home with stomach bugs. After caring for my daughter, it was such a gift to come back to the session and care for myself. I loved your gentle leading and meaningful practices!
I will use it again and again.
I might just have to do self-love yoga weekly!”

— Janise S.

“Kate’s gentle spirit and tranquil tone invited me to experience clarity, release, and relaxation. I felt held.”
