I’m always learning and growing. A decade of parenting my kid through diagnoses of autism, anxiety, and ADHD has been a fierce awakening. Raising a neurodivergent kid has made writing even more important, even though I have less time.

Since mindful parenting is so much about our own inner work, I love a simple journal prompt that helps me get to the heart of my feelings and work through anything stuck. That clarity allows me to show up in my relationships with less baggage and more understanding.
